1. Reservations & Bookings
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
2. Payment Policy
- Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved methods.
- A deposit may be required to secure bookings.
- All outstanding balances must be paid upon check-in unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in qualify for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged one night’s stay.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must respect hotel property, staff, and other guests.
- Damage or misconduct may result in charges or removal from premises.
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Liability
Goldstep Hotels is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings not secured in the hotel’s safe. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages).
6. Use of Website
- The Goldstep Hotels website must be used lawfully.
- We may update content, pricing, or policies at any time without notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
